Today's Nintendo Direct revealed that one of the most popular newer characters is coming to Wii U in 2014. It's Rosalina from the Super Mario Galaxy series, participating as a playable character in both Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. Nintendo also announced Tecmo Koei's title for the Wii U, which will contain the Warriors series set in a Legend of Zelda world. Preliminary called Hyrule Warriors.
In Nintendo Direct launchdates was published for titles such as Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze for Wii U (21 February 2014) and Professor Layton Vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (28 March 2014) for Nintendo 3DS. The broadcast also featured a number of surprises with the launch of Golf for Wii Sports Club and a new title with classic video games called NES Remix. Both titles are available in the Nintendo eShop from today.
More details about Yoshi's Island and the New Kirby's upcoming adventure, both for the Nintendo 3DS, were also revealed.
This means that some of the titles will be available in time for J-Popcon 2014.
